Deborah Sonnenschein is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and California.  In addition, she is admitted to:

  • U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts
  • U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
  • U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
  • U.S. Supreme Court

Her areas of practice include Real Estate transactions, Bankruptcy, Wills and Probate, Personal Injury, and Business Law.

She created the curriculum for the official Massachusetts Continuing Education Course for Real Estate Professionals covering the sweeping new regulations for real estate closings recently promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Deborah Sonnenschein holds a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Yale University , has studied economics at the Graduate School of Princeton University, and has a J.D. from Northwestern California University School of Law.

 

Alexander Sonnenschein licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and California.  In addition, he is admitted to:

  • U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts
  • U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
  • U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
  • U.S. Supreme Court

He is a general practice attorney.

Besides holding a B.E. from Cooper Union, and an M.S.E., an M.A., and a Ph.D. from Princeton University, all in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Sonnenschein has a J.D. from Northwestern California University School of Law.
